Salary: £37,000 basic + OTE £55,000
Location: M3 Corridor, Hampshire
Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am – 5:00pm
Days Off: Sunday & Monday

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join their successful team covering developments along the M3 Corridor in Hampshire
.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional buying experience.

As a Sales Advisor, you will:

• Welcome and engage with prospective customers.
• Guide buyers through the sales journey from initial enquiry to reservation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a first-class experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain an excellent knowledge of the properties and developments.
• Work closely with the wider team to maximise sales opportunities.

• Previous sales experience, ideally within new homes, property, or a consultative sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, target-driven approach.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the M3 Corridor developments.

• Basic salary inc Car allowance of £37,000
• On Target Earnings of £55,000
• Sunday and Monday off every week
• Working hours of 10:00am – 5:00pm
