Fordingbridge | Full-time | £30,000–£32,000 basic + OTE up to £50,000 | Uncapped commission
Are you an experienced B2B Sales Executive who knows how to turn opportunities into sales?

Join an established technology and managed print services business where you’ll work with both warm enquiries and proactive new business opportunities, taking ownership of the sales process through to close.

The Role
 
* Respond to warm inbound enquiries and convert them into sales.
 
* Follow up leads, quotations and existing opportunities.
 
* Make outbound calls and develop new business.
 
* Build relationships with business owners and decision makers.
 
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
 
* Handle objections, negotiate and close sales.
 
* Develop existing customer relationships and identify further opportunities.
 
* Manage your sales pipeline and work towards targets.
About You
You’ll have at least 2 years’ B2B sales experience and a proven ability to convert opportunities into business.
We’re looking for someone who is:
 
* Confident, personable and commercially minded.
 
* Comfortable dealing with both warm and cold leads.
 
* A strong communicator and relationship builder.
 
* Persistent with excellent follow-up skills.
 
* Confident handling objections and closing sales.
 
* Target-driven and motivated by commission.
 
* Organised and able to manage a sales pipeline.
Experience in IT, technology, telecoms or managed services would be advantageous, but strong B2B sales experience is the priority.
