• Support and advise turf professionals with the right product solutions for their needs
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers across your region
• Develop your technical product knowledge through in-house training and hands-on experience
• Work closely with our internal team to help deliver regional sales targets
• Stay connected to developments in the industry and represent the Avoncrop brand with professionalism

Ideal Candidate P
rofile

We’re looking for someone with a practical background and the ambition to build a career in technical sales:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in greenkeeping, groundskeeping, or another turf management role
• A strong network of industry contacts and peers
• Passion for sport and a deep understanding of the standards required in turf performance
• Confident communicator with a natural ability to engage others
• Eager to learn, develop, and grow in a commercial role
• Positive attitude, team-focused, and self-motivated
• Must be comfortable travelling across your region and working independently
