About the Client

KBB Recruitment are representing a growing home improvement business launching a brand-new kitchen and bathroom showroom in Hampshire. With an established installation and project management operation behind them, they are now looking to build and grow a successful bathroom division from the ground up.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced bathroom professional to join at the launch stage and play a key role in shaping the showroom, customer experience and future success of the division.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated
  
   Senior Bathroom Sales Designer
  
  to manage customers from initial enquiry through to completed bathroom design and sale.

You will take ownership of your own sales pipeline, create high-quality bathroom designs and presentations, convert enquiries into sales and work closely with the wider project management and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced bathroom designer looking for strong earning potential and the opportunity to make a real impact within a new showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customers from initial enquiry through to completed bathroom design and sale.

Create detailed bathroom designs and layouts using CAD design software.

Produce professional CAD presentations to help customers visualise their new bathroom.

Prepare detailed quotations and sales presentations.

Proactively follow up enquiries and convert leads into sales.

Manage and develop your own sales pipeline.

Build strong, long-term customer relationships throughout the sales process.

Work closely with project management and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Help develop the showroom, displays and overall customer experience.

Maintain excellent product knowledge across bathroom furniture, sanitaryware, brassware and associated products.

Requirements & Skills

Proven track record of achieving strong sales results.

Strong experience using bathroom CAD/design software.

Excellent knowledge of bathroom products, suppliers and current market trends.

Experience managing customers and sales from initial enquiry through to completion.

Strong communication, presentation and closing skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Confident, professional and commercially motivated.

Full UK driving licence.
