International Rescue Committee UK seeks a Refugee Employability Officer in Hampshire to deliver tailored employability support to resettled refugees under ARP, UKRS and related schemes. You will run one-to-one and group sessions, help clients set goals, search for work, prepare for interviews and access training or apprenticeships.
You will collaborate with Hampshire partners and external agencies to promote integration, monitor progress, and safeguard clients.
