Position: Family Help Social Workers pound;42ph
Family Help Social Workers & Senior Social Workers - Hampshire;
Fareham & Gosport, East Hants (Alton), Basingstoke, Eastleigh & Winchester, New Forest, Hart & Rushmoor and Havant.

Senior Social Worker | Family Help Hub | Hampshire | £42 per Hour
Caritas Recruitment is seeking experienced Senior Social Workers to join Hampshire's Family Help Hub teams across Fareham & Gosport, East Hants (Alton), Basingstoke, Eastleigh & Winchester, New Forest, Hart & Rushmoor and Havant.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established authority committed to delivering high-quality support to children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Hold and manage complex Child in Need and safeguarding cases.
Support and mentor less experienced practitioners.
Undertake assessments and formulate effective intervention plans.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners.
Provide professional guidance and support within the team.
Promote strengths-based and relationship-focused practice.
