Leasing Agent | Cote St Luc Area

As we expand our service area, this role requires proximity to Hampstead and Cote St Luc. Leasea Residential is a Montreal-based leasing agency that partners with developers and owners on full-building lease-ups. With a strong pipeline of projects lined up for 2026 and beyond, we're looking to add a leasing agent to the team at a great moment in our growth.

You'll plan your own schedule while staying responsive to visit requests and the rhythm of active projects, playing a key role in upholding our reputation for fast, results-driven lease-ups. Thanks to our steady project pipeline, you'll benefit from a consistent flow of leads ; your job is to turn them into signed leases and great tenant experiences.

• Advertise and show rental units to prospective tenants
• Qualify leads and close leases by walking people through the space, the terms, and what makes the building a good fit
• Keep follow-ups fast and consistent so momentum doesn't slip
• Stay in clear communication with landlords, tenants, and our internal team
• Flag property issues or things we should know about early
• Help keep occupancy strong through solid execution and quick turnaround

• Bilingual in French and English
• Leasing experience is a strong asset
• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Comfortable working independently and making quick decisions
• Resourceful, solution-oriented, and genuinely good with people
• Organized with your files and follow-ups
• A real interest in real estate and in helping people find their next home
