About The Position
Life Bridge Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time, Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join a hospital-employed, primary care practice in Hampstead, MD. You will be joining a supportive team of three board-certified physicians and five experienced Advanced Practice Providers in a collaborative, patient-focused outpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, and provide patient education.
- Collaborate with family medicine physicians and APP’s.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate documentation and patient management.
- No weekend or holiday clinical hours - enjoy your weekends & holidays off!
- Minimal telephone-only call rotation
- Supportive and well-trained medical office staff

- $110k - $130k base salary - corresponding with years of experience
- Master’s degree in nursing and Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) license.
- Maryland medical license, CDS, and DEA (required or obtainable)
- At least 1 year of Primary Care experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
