About The Position

Life Bridge Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time, Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join a hospital-employed, primary care practice in Hampstead, MD. You will be joining a supportive team of three board-certified physicians and five experienced Advanced Practice Providers in a collaborative, patient-focused outpatient environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care services to patients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, and provide patient education.
  • Collaborate with family medicine physicians and APP’s.
  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate documentation and patient management.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in nursing and Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) license.
  • Maryland medical license, CDS, and DEA (required or obtainable)
  • At least 1 year of Primary Care experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
