Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Back of House Team Member to join our culinary team. Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards.

Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and cooking appliances.

Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food as needed.

Adhere to all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure quality.

Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred.

Strong background in food service, including restaurant or culinary experience.

Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking techniques.

Proficient knife skills and experience with various food handling practices.

Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations within the food industry.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
