• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, act to meet McDonald’s standards, and monitor safety and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for their shift.
• Support departmental goals and key performance targets.
• Maintain daily responsibilities such as food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, scheduling, and training.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older, possess a flexible schedule, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

$16.00 – $17.50 per hour.
