Position: Director of Family Experience

Camp Tel Noar seeks a full-time, year-round Director of Family Experience to lead camper recruitment and family engagement while serving as a trusted partner to families. This senior leadership role reports to the Executive Director and works in partnership with the Camp Director. Located in Hampstead, NH, Tel Noar is a close-knit, co-ed Jewish overnight camp where relationships, belonging, and community are central to the camper experience.

In this warm, supportive environment, campers build confidence, form lasting friendships, and deepen their connection to Jewish life. Success in this role means increasing enrollment, strengthening community engagement, and ensuring every camper feels known, supported, and prepared for a positive camp experience.

Camp Tel Noar is one of the Cohen Camps, a family of three Jewish overnight camps – Pembroke, Tevya, and Tel Noar – with a history dating back to 1935. Each summer, we create transformative camp experiences by building thriving communities rooted in Jewish values, connection, and belonging. The Director of Family Experience will join a collaborative team of 15 year-round professionals based at Cohen Camps headquarters in Wellesley, MA, and spend summers at camp in Hampstead, NH.
