Part Time Facility Operator Clarington

This newly created role reports directly to the Facility Supervisor and focuses on the day-to-day operations of recreation facilities. You will monitor arena and swimming pool equipment, maintain cleanliness, and assist with preventative maintenance programs. Additionally, you play a vital role in ensuring water quality and managing seasonal exterior maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and staff direction

• Monitor ice and pool equipment compliance

• Maintain ice surfaces and pool water quality

• Assist with preventative maintenance initiatives

• Ensure high cleanliness standards in facilities

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education

• Current First Aid and CPR “C” certificate

• Knowledge of facility maintenance practices

• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver's License

• WHMIS certification preferred
