OverviewWe have a great opportunity for an Education Coordinator to join our growing company. The role focuses on driving educational excellence, supporting classroom monitoring and program development, ensuring effective implementation of our curriculum, and providing guidance to teachers to enhance the educational experience for children and families.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with teachers to plan, teach, and implement the High Reach Learning curriculum and activity plans across all age groups.
- Support teacher and family retention by providing resources, knowledge and support to educators.
- Evaluate classroom environments using assessment tools such as ITERS-R, ITERS-3, ECERS-R, ECERS-3, and SACERS, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to teachers, fostering continuous improvement in classroom practices.
- Conduct formal and informal classroom observations, sharing feedback with teachers and administration.
- Support positive interactions between staff and children, promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Assist with new employee training and mentorship, ensuring all staff members have the necessary skills and resources.
- Attend monthly Education Coordinator calls or watch recordings to maintain knowledge of company goals and best practices.
