Welcome to Bee Kind ABA Therapy, where we are committed to making a difference in the lives of children and their families through compassionate and ethical ABA services. Located in Hampton, GA, we are looking for a part‑time Registered Behavior Technician to join our dedicated team.

The Basics
  • Pay: $20 – $25 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 1 PM in the client’s home, school, daycare, or community setting

Your Day as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As an RBT, you will provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Your sessions will be engaging, enjoyable, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences. You will collect data during each session and write detailed session notes to document progress.

Requirements for a Registered Behavior Technician
  • Valid RBT certification or willingness to earn the RBT certification within 30 days
  • Experience as an RBT/BT
  • Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
  • Comfort working in various settings and with different clients
  • Advanced degree (associate, bachelor’s, or higher) encouraged
