Machine Operator

1st Shift Machine Operator (Monday‑Friday 5:00 am‑3:30 pm)

Join KIK Consumer Products as a 1st shift Machine Operator to ensure optimal performance of high‑speed liquid filling machinery and support plant efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Operate liquid filling machines, including fillers, labelers, cappers, palletizers, dimpler systems, case erectors, and heat induction sealers.
• Interpret production orders to determine manufacturing quantities, specifications, and special instructions.
• Maintain accurate time and production records.
• Enforce quality standards and perform basic troubleshooting, minor equipment adjustments, and changeovers.
• Follow Safety/GMP guidelines and comply with PPE, Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and plant policies.
• Work independently while following directions and meeting production goals.

• 1–2 years of machine operator experience in the packaging industry.
• Production knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing processes, quality control, and related techniques.
• Proficient verbal communication, reading, and writing in English.
• Basic mathematics skills.
• Ability to take direction and work unsupervised.
