Join our team as a Production Supervisor, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment. You’ll be a key contributor to the success of our plant. • Supervise, lead, and coach production employees to achieve performance objectives.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or priorities as needed to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Ensure employees comply with safety, quality, and operational procedures and policies.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, provide shift hand-offs, and maintain open lines of communication.
• Identify and resolve production or personnel issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including production output, scrap rates, and downtime.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve skills, efficiency, and morale.
• Partner with maintenance and quality teams to address equipment or quality concerns.
• Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen).
• Document incidents, near misses, and corrective actions to support EH&S compliance.
• Evaluate employee performance and participate in hiring, disciplinary, and termination processes as needed.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

This position has a base salary of $80,0000 plus a quarterly incentive bonus
. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
