Nourish Network is TLCF’s direct support initiative, helping underserved families gain access to nutritious food, baby supplies, hygiene products, and seasonal essentials. Our mission is to meet needs with dignity and create lasting impact.

The Outbound Leads & Food Partnerships Manager plays a central role in connecting our programs to families and partners by handling both outreach and sourcing support. You’ll help grow our impact by expanding our community referral network and forming relationships with local businesses, food donors, and wholesalers.

• Expand the community referral network and form relationships with local businesses, food donors, and wholesalers.
• Coordinate with Nourish Network to support underserved families with nutritious food, baby supplies, hygiene products, and seasonal essentials.

• Experience in outreach, partnerships, or program coordination in non-profit or community settings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
