Position Summary

Ardent Concepts is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive the planning, coordination, visibility, and execution of cross-functional engineering and product-development initiatives.

This role is being established to strengthen project-management discipline across the organization and improve Ardent's ability to execute strategic engineering initiatives predictably and efficiently. The Technical Project Manager will develop and maintain detailed project plans, coordinate cross-functional activities, track milestones and dependencies, drive action-item closure, identify emerging risks, and provide clear visibility into project status and resource requirements.

The role will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and other stakeholders to translate business objectives and target schedules into executable project plans. The Technical Project Manager will own the day-to-day management and organization of assigned projects
, while functional teams retain ownership of their respective technical and operational deliverables and executive management maintains responsibility for business prioritization and resource-allocation decisions.

The successful candidate will combine strong project-management discipline with sufficient technical and business understanding to successfully manage engineering-focused programs. This is not a hands-on design engineering position. Rather, the individual should understand product-development and manufacturing processes well enough to ask the right questions, recognize dependencies and risks, assess whether the project plan adequately supports its milestone dates, and ensure the appropriate stakeholders are engaged.

Role Boundaries and Decision Rights

The Technical Project Manager does not make engineering design, technical tradeoff, product-architecture, validation-method, or engineering-release decisions. Engineering retains ownership of technical scope, design approach, technical requirements, detailed engineering tasks, feasibility assessments, technical estimates, and engineering release decisions.
