Of course, you'll need some skills - judgment, math and the ability to multitask.
- Everything that happens during your shift, including all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
- Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management.
- Work to a schedule, maintain a perfect image and adhere to standards.
- Provide great customer service, maintain attendance and punctuality.
- Transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
