Compass of Hope is a growing, multidisciplinary mental health practice with specialized programs including Spravato® (esketamine) and intranasal ketamine-based treatments. We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or experienced Medical Office Support professional to join our clinical and administrative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands‑on clinical support and front‑office coordination in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, minimum of 2 evenings per week.

• Assist with Spravato® and ketamine treatment sessions
• Monitor and support patients during treatment per protocol
• Prepare rooms, equipment, and documentation for treatment days
• Support providers with vitals, intake processes, and clinical workflows
• Maintain compliance with REMS and clinic protocols (training provided)

• Complete prior authorizations for medications and services
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with referrals
• Provide receptionist coverage, including answering phones and scheduling
• Manage patient check‑in/check‑out and intake paperwork
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general office organization
