Overview

As a key member of the Enterprise Analytics team within the Strategy function, the Sr. Data Insights Analyst will play a critical role in transforming enterprise data into actionable analytics and insights that drive business outcomes and inform strategic and operational decision-making across the organization. The Sr. Data Insights Analyst will work closely with the data engineering team and the business to perform in-depth analyses, develop and execute statistically significant test and learn scenarios and leverage advanced analytics frameworks to surface and visualize data-driven strategic insights and recommended actions for senior leadership consumption.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Hampton, NH or future Boston, MA office.

Responsibilities
  • Performs in-depth data analysis across a diverse portfolio of business systems to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and strategic business insights.
  • Extract and analyze large datasets from the enterprise data warehouse (Snowflake) to produce enterprise reporting, analytics and ad hoc requests for insight generation.
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders and Enterprise Data to understand objectives/outcomes and identify opportunities to leverage data to produce business intelligence and insights that drive business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Performs advanced analytics and conducts A/B testing to model business impact, assess performance and synthesize recommendations.
  • Collaborates with data engineering teams to enhance data models, pipelines and reporting infrastructure based on evolving analytical requirements.
  • Translates complex analytical findings into actionable insights and concise presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactively identifies trends, anomalies and opportunities for growth, efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Is a change agent, sharing the vision and encouraging others to embrace change.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field required.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles.
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience analyzing data using SQL, Python, R, or SAS, and developing data visualizations in tools such as Power BI, Cognos, or Excel.
  • 5+ years of direct experience collaborating with data engineering and business intelligence teams to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of data analysis techniques including strategic testing, querying, modeling, and workflow design.
  • Proven ability to query and manipulate large, complex datasets (Snowflake experience preferred) to identify patterns, correlations, and drivers through dynamic, multidimensional analysis.
