Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible Per Diem (varied hours, 4–6-hour round trips)

Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is hiring Per Diem Youth Transport Drivers to safely transport students to appointments and home visits throughout New England. If you enjoy driving and want meaningful work that impacts young lives, this is the role for you.
About Us
MPA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping adolescents succeed through therapeutic programs, residential care, and education. We provide a safe, supportive environment for youth to grow and thrive.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport students using company vehicles equipped with GPS and cameras.
- Maintain 100% supervision during transport.
- Communicate with clinical and medical teams.
- Support students with compassion and professionalism.
- Complete accurate documentation of trips and incidents.
Requirements
- Must be 21+ years old.
- Clean driving record (insurance guidelines apply).
- Criminal background check required.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to youth development.
