Repair Technician –

- Test and inspect products or subassemblies for functionality and quality
- Repair and replace failing customer items in a timely manner, troubleshoot as necessary
- Document findings and create reports on these findings
- Coordinate returns internally and with the customer
- Work, communicate, and coordinate with Production Team on high volume and/or complex repairs
- Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing industry preferred
- Experience in a technician role working under a microscope with small components, using tweezers and vacuum pens is required
- Soldering experience is preferred
- High level of hand/eye coordination, fine motor skills, physical agility
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Experience reading manufacturing and assembly drawings
- Must be organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
This position requires access to controlled technology that is subject to U.S. export controls. Qualified candidates must be a U.S. Person (including U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) or eligible to obtain required authorization(s) from the U.S. Government.
