OverviewEarn as You Learn! Oceanside Center is currently hiring for this opportunity. Tuition is fully covered and you will be paid while participating in the class. Once you become licensed, you will receive a pay increase and be guaranteed full-time employment. Nurse Aide Courses are currently scheduled at the following locations and dates:
- Rochester Manor (Rochester, NH) starting 12/9/2025
- Hackett Hill Center (Manchester, NH) starting mid-January 2026

ResponsibilitiesStart your healthcare career and change lives by enrolling in our Nurse Aide Training Program. The free training takes anywhere from 1 to 4 months. Upon successful completion, a position awaits you. Becoming a Licensed/Certified Nurse Aide can be just the start of a rewarding career. We offer clinical career pathways as a nurse aide and encourage continuation of your nursing education to become an LPN or RN through our tuition assistance program.
Non‑clinical career ladders are also available.
- Must obtain certification from a state‑approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of nurse aide training completion.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors and respond to medical and physical needs.
