Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start‑ups, required cash handling, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
  • Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
  • Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
  • Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Hold store keys to open and close without management as necessary; assist and coach other team members with the warehouse and vendor ordering process; register all related sales on assigned cash register; assist manager or assistant store manager with order exceptions, reverse logistics, display evaluation, inventory counts, pricing, bookkeeping, maintenance, product placement, and compliance with local laws.
  • Assist with separation of food items, stock rotation, and stock placement per policies; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers; complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
Operations
  • Responsible for key holding, order processing, sales registration, inventory control, pricing, maintenance, packaging, compliance, and bag checks.
Training & Personal Development
  • Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager.
Communications
  • Serve as a liaison between management and non‑management team members by communicating assigned tasks; report disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
Basic Qualifications
  • One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of store inventory control.
  • Consideration of employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
  • Obtain and maintain valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
