Residential Youth Counselor – Up to $22hr | Hampton, NH | 4-Day Work Week

We’re hiring Residential Youth Counselors (Direct Care Professionals / Direct Support Professionals) to guide and inspire at‑risk youth in a therapeutic residential setting.

- Mentor and support youth
- Teach life skills and coping strategies
- Provide emotional support and crisis intervention
- Plan recreational activities
Qualifications
- OR 2 years experience with youth OR 7 years parenting
- Valid driver's license preferred, 21+
- Must pass background checks
