Office Associate - Child and Adolescent Outpatient
Annual Salary: $37,058
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
(with flexibility to provide office coverage between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM as needed)

What your day will look like

As a full‑time Office Associate, you will coordinate and support the clerical and administrative functions of the front desk. Your organization, attention to detail, and customer‑centered mindset will enhance the office's efficiency, productivity, and overall public image. This role requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast‑paced environment. What makes a great Office Associate

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring:

  • Three (3) years of clerical or secretarial experience in an office setting
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and familiarity with internet and web‑based platforms (e.g., Zoom)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
