A company is looking for a Program Manager who can drive strategic initiatives while ensuring operational excellence within the Strategy team.
Key Responsibilities- Design and reinforce operating rhythms to ensure smooth organizational function
- Coordinate across cross‑functional teams, managing dependencies and removing blockers
- Communicate complex program statuses and decisions clearly to stakeholders
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in program management, project coordination, or business operations
- Experience supporting cross‑functional teams in technology or related environments
- Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Airtable, Miro)
- Experience in strategy, product, or go-to-market teams is a plus
- Familiarity with AECO workflows or industry concepts is helpful but not required
