Guest Relations Representative

Sentara Care Plex Hospital in Hampton, VA is hiring a full‑time Guest Relations Representative.

This role primarily works the evening (2nd) shift, Monday‑Friday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm, with occasional day shifts and rotating weekends as needed.

• Act as liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital staff.
• Provide a welcoming and genuine environment, and address concerns promptly.
• Verify patient registration and escort patients and guests to their destinations using walking or a wheelchair.
• Collect data and documentation to assist in identifying areas needing improved customer service.
• Assist leadership with evaluation of the program, customer satisfaction, educational plans, and quality guidelines.
• Clerically handle departmental, hospital, and organization reports and forms.
• Guide and evaluate volunteers and interns.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• At least one year of customer service experience.
