WhatYou'll Do:
- Review account status/information thoroughly by using the tools available and find the best solution for the customer where applicable.
- Take necessary follow‑up actions until customer issues are fully resolved.
- Negotiate payment terms/arrangements if applicable.
- Respond to inquiries and decide upon the most appropriate solution, if applicable.
- Recommend appropriate solutions, products and/or alternative options to resolve customer inquiry/need.
- Overcome consumer objections; refer complaints immediately to the appropriate MC/TL/relevant department.
- Engage with customers on all inbound/outbound calls, emails, and other channels of communication to update customer’s account information.
- Champion company core values and other company programs.
- Other duties as assigned.
- North America - Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Philippines – Minimum of 2 years post-–secondary or equivalent.
- Costa Rica – No Minimum requirement.
- United Kingdom – No Minimum requirement.
- Trinidad & Tobago – Minimum 3 CSEC passes.
- English is compulsory in all locations.
Previous experience in a Collections role is preferred but not required.
Certificates/LicensesMust be able to be licensed with the appropriate collection/trace licenses for all applicable jurisdictions, if required.
What We're Looking For:All Information security responsibilities can be located in The Book of Bill (Global) and The Book of Bill (Global) – French. Please note that Information security responsibilities are based on role.
