North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking an Anesthesiologist for a varied practice opportunity in Hampton, VA. The role is primarily based at Riverside Gastroenterology Hampton Surgery Center, providing an ambulatory surgery option for area physicians. Selected applicants will also work at Riverside Regional Medical Center on days when no surgeries are scheduled.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
- Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
- Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
- Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership
Compensation
- Salary: $380K
- Sign-on Incentive: $70K

Shift & Schedule
- Schedule:
Non-call taking position - GI, however on days where no surgeries are scheduled selected applicant will work at Riverside Regional Medical Center
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
- Board Eligible or Board Certified
- Current medical licensure
- ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
