Hampton Magna Preschool are a friendly village preschool, run with the support of a dedicated committee of volunteers. At the heart of our community, we provide a safe, playful, and inclusive environment where children thrive, families feel supported, and staff feel valued.

We’re seeking an experienced Preschool Manager who can confidently lead our team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.

• Leading, motivating, and supporting staff in their daily practice
• Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and EYFS requirements;
  Building strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the local community
• Having a sound knowledge of SEND and ensuring inclusive practice for all children;
  Managing the day-to-day running of the preschool, including safeguarding, planning, and administration

• A 36 hour working week, Term-time only hours, in line with the school calendar
• A management committee who are always on hand to offer ideas and support.

• You’ll be qualified to at least Level 3 in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable)
• You’ll have proven experience in managing or leading within an Early Years setting
• You’ll have strong knowledge of safeguarding, SEND, and the EYFS framework
• You’ll be confident in managing people, paperwork, and policies – but also happy to roll up your sleeves and join in with story time, playdough, and painting!
