- Champion a safety‑first culture:
Guide, coach, and empower all site employees to protect themselves, each other, and company assets through effective EHS practices. - Drive EHS program excellence:
Support the management and overall direction of comprehensive EHS programs and activities at our Hampton facility. - Ensure compliance & mitigate risk:
Partner with plant operations leadership as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on federal, state, and local EHS regulations, ensuring adherence and proactive risk management. - Develop and educate:
Lead and participate in engaging EHS training programs for employees, fostering a knowledgeable and compliant workforce. - Promote continuous improvement:
Contribute to and lead EHS audits and inspections, identifying opportunities for enhancement and developing robust remediation plans. - Build key relationships:
Cultivate positive working relationships with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies. - Expand your expertise:
Gain valuable exposure to environmental compliance programs, broadening your EHS skillset.
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or a related discipline. - Experience:
1-5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, including relevant internships. - Authorization:
Unrestricted authorization to work for any employer in the United States.
- 3-5 years of dedicated EHS experience in manufacturing.
- Possession of or active pursuit of ASP / CSP / CIH certifications.

Salary range: $70,000 to $100,000
