WhatYou'll Do:
The Floor Support acts as a subject matter expert in various processes related to dealing with customers on a daily basis. You will promptly respond to all inquiries over the phone in a courteous and efficient manner and take necessary follow‑up actions until customer issues are fully resolved.
For over 65 years, Bill Gosling Outsourcing has been providing business solutions to our clients with services including Customer Service, Accounts Receivable Management, Customer Sales, Contact Centre Technology, and Business Process Outsourcing. We strive to create a fun, diverse, and engaging workplace that promotes personal and professional growth.
This position requires you to work onsite at our Hampton, VA office. We do not offer 100% work‑from‑home. First 90 days of training will be onsite, then you will move to a hybrid module (minimum 3 days in office).

- Assist team members by answering questions and providing support on customer transactions, including taking escalated supervisor calls and evaluating call recordings and QA reviews.
- Assist with distribution of reports, mail, and other correspondence to team members.
- Flexible team player in investing extra time for the team when necessary; including coverage when required and support in team hours tracking throughout each month.
- Champion company core values and programs to engage and motivate employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Previous leadership experience is preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with MS Office Suite:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office 365. - Previous customer service / call center experience is required.
