Invoice Processing Analyst

10 seeks an Invoice Processing Analyst for an on-site contract-to-hire position with a leading client in Hampton, VA.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour.

Job Description: The Invoice Processing Analyst ensures that invoices, batches, reports, and other documents are processed appropriately for clients.

• Processing invoices, batches, and reports for assigned clients on time and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Directly research and resolve customer complaints/issues with invoice processing-related activities not limited to:
  • Late/missing invoices
  • Late payments and late fees
  • Incorrect coding
  • Improper batching
• Collaborating with internal groups, project managers, clients, and any necessary carriers, to ensure that all clients' issues are promptly handled.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Associate degree or high school diploma with at least three (3) years of relevant experience working with multiple clients, required.
• Experience in customer support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to prepare and format management reports, graphs, charts, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to review and analyze data and information from multiple sources.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with a team.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
