Provide multi
-disciplined security support to ensure mission success through analysis and management of the security program for STC and its remote locations. As an FSO supporting the Department of Defense (DOD), you will be trusted to support a variety of government contracts and build key relationships with our government counterparts. The following are some of the tasks to be performed:

  • Administering and coordinating facility security activities for a multi-facility organization (MFO) to ensure compliance with the NISPOM Rule (32 CFR Part 117) and other government regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Providing day-to-day security support that includes continuous assessment of procedures to identify shortfalls and provide appropriate recommendations for revising and improving security policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Conducting security-related training, refreshers, and briefings and debriefings commensurate with the program requirements and work performed.
  • Conducting security self-assessments and preparing for and participating in DCSA surveillances.
  • Maintaining STC's security standard practices and procedures (SPP) manual.
  • Initiating and assisting employees with security clearance requirements, physical security, foreign travel, visit requests, and government installation access.
  • Investigating security violations to determine corrective action recommendations.
  • Ensuring timely notification of pertinent security matters to program technical and management staff and reporting security violations as appropriate.
  • Administering STC's Insider Threat Program as the Insider Threat Senior Official (ITPSO) by coordinating meetings, providing guidance, and reporting suspicious activities. Maintaining STC's Insider Threat Program Plan and conducting initial and annual refresher training.
  • STC's registration with the DDTC (Directorate of Trade Control).

Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Supporting STC facilities in multiple states by negotiating leases, reporting repairs/maintenance, maintaining various vendor accounts (office supplies, shredding, overnight couriers, etc.)
  • Managing commercial insurance program including reporting foreign travel for DBA Insurance and maintaining insurance coverages in monopolistic states.
  • Coordinating corporate record retention and disposal.
  • Manage office support functions including ordering office supplies and coordinating janitorial, HVAC, and other services.
Job Requirements
  • US Citizen with active Top-Secret clearance or active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications or a related security discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience as an FSO of a cleared government contractor.
  • Experience with DISS, NISS, JPAS and eQIP.
  • Understanding of FCI, CUI, PII, CMMC, ITAR and EAR requirements.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of management and government
