** 8 hour shifts rotating between 8am-6pm   
* Hours may vary outside of listed hours to meet Pharmacy staffing needs including occasional weekends.  
* The Pharmacy Tech Inventory Planner performs the inventory management responsibilities for the pharmacy under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist or licensed independent practitioner. Demonstrates ownership of all pharmacy buyer functions.
** Demonstrates advanced technical skills and ownership of the work area
* Demonstrates the ability to competently work independently
* Assumes local and/or system responsibility for assigned tasks
* Participates in the training of new employees
* Provides peer coaching and constructive feedback to other colleagues in a professional and productive manner
* Fills and delivers medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist/licensed independent practitioner
* Ensures adequate supplies and medications are available for continuous patient care
* Triages and escalates any questions or issues outside the pharmacy technician's scope of practice as needed.
* Uses appropriate systems for processing patient and financial information
* Ensures quality assurance is maintained according to departmental and legal requirements
* Operates pharmacy equipment appropriately
* Training in Pharmacy Inventory job functions
* In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

* ** High School Diploma or Equivalent
** Certification/Licensure
*** Virginia Pharmacy Tech License (Required)
* CPhT License (Received through the NHA or PTCB) (Required)
** Experience
* ** 2 Years of Pharmacy Experience (Required)
* Pharmacy Inventory Experience (Preferred)  , #LI-SM1, omnicell

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $28.33 - $41.08 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
