Job Description – Front Office Host (HOT0C997)
Front Office Host provides reception services for guests and contributes to an exceptional experience from check‑in through check‑out, including completing audits as required.

Responsibilities- Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Organise the work area to deliver brand‑specific customer service from welcome to goodbye
- Deliver exceptional customer service on all shifts (early, late, night) and enrol Hilton Honors members
- Demonstrate awareness of guest priorities, anticipate needs, build rapport, and resolve guest problems quickly
- Close guest transactions on front office effectively, solicit feedback, and deliver a memorable goodbye at checkout
- Stay up to date with received guest feedback (SALT, social media)
- Attend mandatory F&B service trainings to be ready for shifts in F&B service
- When scheduled to work in F&B, take orders, deliver food and/or beverage items, and clear tables
- Be a reliable and motivated member of the guest operations team
- Communicate clearly and constructively with other team members to help deliver great guest experiences
- Serve as a role model by demonstrating brand‑unique, passionate, friendly service at all times
- Contribute fair share in team tasks and support colleagues in housekeeping, F&B service, and stewarding when workloads are heavy
- Show interest in learning new skills and acquiring new knowledge daily
- Provide constructive suggestions/feedback to the line manager on products, processes, and procedures for continuous improvement
- Attend planned team meetings, learning sessions, shift briefs, and hotel team huddles as required
- Volunteer for company campaigns such as Travel with Purpose or TM committees
- Execute duties assigned by the Guest Operations Manager, Front Office Team Leader, and supervisors
- Assist other departments as necessary
- Previous experience in a customer‑focused industry
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to multi‑task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with guests
- Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Competent level of IT proficiency.
Preferred Background- Experience in cash handling
- Front Office/Concierge experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or entertainment sectors
