The Spa Host acts as an ambassador for David Lloyd Clubs' premium spa retreats, welcoming members and ensuring they understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room. As part of the Spa team, the role helps keep the spa clean and tidy to the high standards expected in a premium environment. Key Responsibilities- Act as an ambassador for the spa retreats.
- Welcome members to the spa.
- Ensure members understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
- Ensure the spa is always clean and tidy to the standards expected from a premium environment.
- Has experience within a premium customer service environment.
- Has a passion for all things health and wellbeing.
- Has great communication and collaboration skills.
- Is a self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experiences to members.
