Overview
Be part of a dynamic talent acquisition team and contribute to the overall candidate experience through a high level of customer service. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the organization. The Scheduler coordinates and manages candidate interviews, handles logistics for various interview formats (on-site and virtual), and maintains accurate records in an applicant tracking system (ATS). Key duties include communicating with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, and helping to improve recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities- Schedule interviews across different platforms and formats, ensuring alignment between candidates and interviewers.
- Handle all logistical aspects of the interview process, including preparing interview materials and managing last-minute changes or conflicts.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, providing timely and consistent information.
- Update and maintain candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
- Assist with other administrative tasks, such as managing candidate packets, scheduling events, and office administration.
- Support candidates who are traveling for interviews with expense reports.
- AS/BS in business area
- 1+ years of customer service
- 1+ years of experience in business environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams a plus
- Highly organized, able to manage complex calendars and multiple interview stages.
- Effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders & outstanding phone skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple candidates in a fast-paced environment and high-volume scheduling.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online scheduling tools is necessary.
- The ability to navigate scheduling conflicts and resolve issues that arise.
- Ability to manage multiple schedules
- High level of customer satisfaction and desire to please the customer.
Compensation:The expected base salary range for this position is $42,350 to $55,000. We are committed to compensating employees equitably based on several factors including experience, education, licensure/certifications, skill level, location of the position, and availability of similar talent in a competitive market.
Compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary bonus, long term incentive, 401(K) plan with employer contribution, health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
