• A solid understanding of client/server, networking and internet fundamentals
• Windows Server 2012 or higher
• Active Directory Administration
• GPOs, account management, domains and trusts, DNS, DHCP and server management
• Power Shell scripting
• Active Directory Domains and Trusts
• Active Directory replication
• Sites and Services
• Experience in candidate recruitment, interview, selection and onboarding activities
• Team building and management experience

• Subject matter expertise (SME) support to all customers and recommendations for improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hybrid environment experience (on‑prem and cloud servers)
• Extensive working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Windows Server deployment
• Strong troubleshooting background with minimal supervision
• Group Policy Administrator (GPA) experience
• Experience with STIG and patching compliance
• Enterprise‑level environment management experience
• VMware virtualization technologies experience
• Azure cloud environment experience
• Strong mentorship skills

• Server management: deployment, security posture management, and core service verification
• Account management: groups, permissions, and basic configuration
• GPO management using NetIQ GPA and native tools
• RSAT tool usage
• DNS record management
• DHCP server configuration and management
• Patching and DISA STIGing of servers for compliance
• Sites and services management
• Remedy ticketing system
• VMware virtual environment server management
• Troubleshooting core services (replication, domain trusts)
• Power Shell script deployment and creation

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 7+ years of related experience.

• Microsoft Windows Server 2012 or higher deployment
• Domain controller deployment, configuration and management
• Active Directory account management on‑prem and Azure cloud environments
• Management of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022

  Security+ (or equivalent IAT II certification)
• Microsoft AZ‑900:
  Azure Fundamentals (or obtain within 90 days)
• Microsoft AZ‑800:
  Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure (or obtain within 120 days)

  Active Secret Clearance

  Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance

• Primary shift Monday‑Friday; the position is a 24/7/365 mission with required support for Day, Swing, and Mid operations
• Certification requirements may change by government direction; a 120‑day compliance window applies when changes occur
