Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA and +8 Yrs experience
- Security Clearance:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. - Experience Level:Journeyman-level experience in All Source Analysis, with a proven track record of supporting ISR operations.
- Education:
Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government all-source analysis training courseor specialized intelligence certification.
- Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusion.
- Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations.
- Strong understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

480 ISRWor similar ISR organizations. - Knowledge ofISR targeting development and operational-level intelligence planning.
- Familiarity with advanced analytical tradecraft techniques and methodologies.
Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
All Source Analystto join our team at Beale AFB, supporting the
480th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing (480 ISRW). The All Source Analyst will provide advanced intelligence analysis, fusion, and tradecraft support to enable Single/Multi-Discipline ISR operations. This role requires expertise in integrating and analyzing data from multiple intelligence sources to deliver actionable insights that support mission objectives.
- Conduct Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis and Multi-Int Fusionto support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Perform analytical tradecraft support, including the development of intelligence products and reports.
- Integrate data from various intelligence disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT) to produce comprehensive assessments.
- Support
ISR targeting development and operational planning efforts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, operators, and mission planners, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery.
- Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior analysts, fostering the development of analytical tradecraft skills.
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.
