We’re looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to lead the deployment and support of advanced technologies. You’ll drive a “Cloud First” strategy, integrating SaaS and IaaS solutions with on‑prem infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable operations.

• Manage the full infrastructure lifecycle: design, deployment, testing, and maintenance.
• Configure and deploy servers, storage, networking, and endpoint devices across multiple sites.
• Implement virtualization solutions using VMware vCenter, Microsoft Hyper‑V, and Azure IaaS.
• Migrate workloads from physical to virtual environments.
• Maintain cybersecurity best practices, including access control and centralized authentication.
• Lead incident response and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Administer Office 365 (Exchange, Teams, One Drive) and SCCM for centralized management.
• Support specialized business systems and safety‑sensitive environments.
• Perform after‑hours on‑call duties and maintain robust backup solutions.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
• Experience:
  
  10+ years in infrastructure management and administration.
• 5+ years in infrastructure project implementation.
• Expertise in virtualization, SAN/NAS storage, backup technologies, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server OS, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper‑V, Azure, and Office 365.
• Strong scripting skills (Power Shell) and familiarity with SCCM and Solar Winds.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and apply critical thinking under pressure.

• Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Azure Administrator Associate

• Valid driver’s license (state‑specific within 60 days of hire).
• Ability to pass federal background screening for secure facility access.
• Classified as essential personnel.
