Systems Administrator

The Opportunity

CACI is seeking a cleared Systems Administrator in Hampton, VA. This is an immediate need to support the Distributed Ground System (DGS) operations on the Accounts Management team.

• Our Accounts Management Team works 24/7 on four consecutive 10‑hour shifts each week.
• Mid shift from 10 pm EST – 8:00 am EST Saturday night to Wednesday morning.

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support provisioning accounts with SailPoint identity products.
• Troubleshoot to isolate and diagnose complex account problems and determine root cause.
• Coordinate with management and client to ensure the appropriate account permissions are provisioned.
• Respond and resolve service outages, technical queries and other system related issues.
• Conduct systems analysis and development to keep systems as current as possible with changing technology.
• Perform system checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ascertain overall system health.
• Update and document configuration management and utilize SharePoint for record management.
• Collaborate with security and other teams for system upgrades and issues.
• Provide technical guidance to Tier 1 and 2 personnel.

• Active TS/SCI.
• Minimum of 3‑5 years relevant experience.
• Security+ CE Certification.
• Experience in identity and access management.
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
  Microsoft Server 2019, Microsoft Windows 11, VMware, Linux.

Desired:

• Bachelor's degree.
• SharePoint experience.
• SailPoint experience.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $75,200–$158,100. CACI is a Equal Opportunity Employer.
