CACI is seeking a cleared Systems Administrator in Hampton, VA to support the Distributed Ground System (DGS) operations on the Accounts Management team. This is an immediate need and the current opening is for the Mid shift from 2200 Saturday night to 0800 Wednesday morning.

• Provide day-to-day operational support provisioning accounts with SailPoint identity products.
• Troubleshoot to isolate and diagnose complex account problems and determine root cause.
• Coordinate with management and client to ensure the appropriate account permissions are provisioned.
• Respond and resolve service outages, technical queries and other system related issues.
• Conduct systems analysis and development to keep systems as current as possible with changing technology.
• Perform system checks (processes, services, network, storage) to ascertain overall system health.
• Update and document configuration management and utilize SharePoint for record management.
• Collaborate with security and other teams for system upgrades and issues.
• Provide technical guidance to Tier 1 and 2 personnel.

Required:

• Active TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Security+ CE Certification.
• Experience in identity and access management.
• Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
  Microsoft Server 2019, Microsoft Windows 11, VMware, Linux.
