Program OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Task Order Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple programs supporting the Air Combat Command (ACC) Intelligence Directorate (A2) and other mission‑critical operations gram Managers will ensure projects align with organizational goals, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and oversee programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and mission objectives.
- Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor program performance and progress; identify and mitigate risks as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
- Travel required 15 % of time.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited institution, or a bachelor’s degree plus an additional 5 years of related expert experience (20 years total) as a substitute.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMP frameworks). Familiarity with specific focus areas (ISR, cybersecurity, training, knowledge management, data analytics).
- Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
- Preferred: Experience supporting Air Force MAJCOM Intelligence Directorate or similar military organization. Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent. Familiarity with Air Force policies and senior‑level staffing processes.

Target salary range: $112,000 – $179,000. Salary is determined by factors such as scope, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and geographic location. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
