Location:
This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Homeland Security, in Fairfax, Virginia. This is a non-bargaining unit position. This announcement may be used to fill additional vacancies within the National Capital Region.
As a Data Scientist (Data Management), at the full performance level, GS-13, you will perform the following duties:
Manage the development of data reports, integration between data systems, and development of new data systems for data storage;
Develop strategic approaches to utilize data to identify criminal activity and support complex, long-term investigations; and Utilize research, data science disciplines, and analytical strategies to evaluate large data sets connected to criminal investigations.
This position is with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security.
What is the salary for this position?The posted pay range is $121785 – $158322/yr.
