• Cultivate and grow a robust portfolio of local clients by identifying unique coverage needs for both individuals and businesses.
• Develop custom insurance strategies that bridge the gap between complex risk and simple peace of mind.
• Conduct thorough annual coverage reviews to ensure each client’s protection evolves alongside their life changes.
• Represent our agency at local Hampton events to strengthen our presence and deepen our community ties.
• Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure competitive premiums and favorable terms for your clients.
• Maintain impeccable records and follow compliance standards to ensure every transaction is transparent and accurate.

• Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Virginia Life & Health Insurance License
• Three or more years of experience managing a diverse book of insurance business
• Deep understanding of policy coverage, exclusions, and risk assessment
• Fluency in agency management software and digital document filing systems
• Strong analytical skills for comparing carrier quotes and coverage limits
