• Review and analyze MRP (Material Requirements Planning) outputs to ensure accurate planning and material availability.
• Maintain material master data and planning parameters to support accurate system planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages, delays, or excesses to appropriate stakeholders.
• Communicate with suppliers and buyers to follow up on material availability and delivery status.
• Support production planning efforts by aligning material availability with schedule requirements.
• Participate in root cause analysis of material shortages and assist in corrective action follow-up.
• Assist in preparing reports for KPIs and materials planning metrics.
• Contribute to planning‑related continuous improvement initiatives, as assigned.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on routine planning tasks and smaller‑scale projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in materials planning or supply chain support, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment with moderate supervision.

• Exposure to lean manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts.
• Experience working with ISO/quality systems.
• Understanding of supply chain fundamentals and basic logistics concepts.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $71,700–$107,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
