Mercedes Benz of Hampton is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Hampton, VA location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive management with the ability to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and foster a high-performing team culture.

• Oversee all aspects of dealership operations including sales, service, parts, and administration.
• Develop and implement business strategies to meet dealership goals and objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and operational metrics to ensure profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and the Mercedes Benz corporate network.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to capitalize on opportunities.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive sales processes.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
• Knowledge of Mercedes Benz products and brand standards is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
